Refund policy
At FairyaFree, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because we source products from specialized global and local fulfillment centers, please read our return guidelines below.
1. 7-DAY RETURN & REPLACEMENT WINDOW
We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at infomystiquemonk@gmail.com with:
· Your Order Number.
· A clear photo or video of the product (especially if it is damaged or incorrect).
3. POLICY BY PRODUCT CATEGORY
A. Custom Apparel & Streetwear (Printrove - India)
· Defects/Wrong Item: We offer a 100% free replacement if the print is defective or the wrong size/color was sent.
· Change of Mind: Since these items are custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.
B. Trending Fashion & Lifestyle (Roposo Clout - India)
· Returns: Returns are accepted for quality issues or incorrect items.
· COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account once the return is verified.
C. International Items (Tradelle, Zendrop, CJ Dropshipping)
· Damaged/Defective: If an international item arrives broken or does not work, do not ship it back. Send us a video of the defect, and we will process a full refund or a free reshipment immediately.
· Sizing/Preference: We do not accept international returns for sizing preferences. Please double-check the measurement charts provided on the product pages.
4. REFUND PROCESS
· Inspection: Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund.
· Timeline: Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Prepaid) or Bank Account (COD) within 5-7 business days.
· Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For domestic Indian returns, a small reverse-shipping fee may apply.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment centers (Printrove, Tradelle, etc.) and cannot be stopped.
