2. Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
To bring you the fastest possible delivery, items in your order may be dispatched from different warehouses (e.g., a T-shirt from Chennai and a gadget from our international hub).
- You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
- Do not worry if one item arrives before the other; the rest of your order is on its way!
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking links as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
4. Domestic India (Cash on Delivery)
For our Indian customers, we proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most items.
- Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address and size before dispatching.
- Failed Delivery: If a COD order is returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, we may restrict COD privileges for future orders.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to the USA, UK, Europe, and many other countries.
- Tracking: All international orders are fully tracked from our hub to your doorstep.
- Customs/Duties: For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Most small orders fall under the de minimis threshold and do not incur extra charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window or arrives damaged, please contact us at infomystiquemonk@gmail.com. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will issue a replacement or refund immediately after verification.
